Iterating over a Bytebuffer of chars in java

Uncategorized
Question: Im having issue finding a solution to this problem. I have a Bytebuffer of chars(lines of text to be exact) and I need to find a sub-string in that buffer. The easiest solution would be to convert that ByteBuffer to a string and then work with that string however that solution requires me to double(at least) the amount of memory I use in the stack(or heap) of my program and I dont want that, I would rather do something along the lines of each line convert it to string and then work with that. Is there and easy way doing that? thanks. Answer: You could read from the ByteBuffer some bytes in a buffer until finding a breakline character or a character that doesn't make part of the String…

Question: I am using seq2seq model for Hindi to English text translation. I am not much familiar with keras or deep learning. A glimpse of white bar when hiding status bar android (How to make it like Whatsapp status)

Uncategorized
Question: I am using following code to hide status bar, if (Build.VERSION.SDK_INT < 16) { getWindow().setFlags(WindowManager.LayoutParams.FLAG_FULLSCREEN, WindowManager.LayoutParams.FLAG_FULLSCREEN); } else { View decorView = getWindow().getDecorView(); int uiOptions = View.SYSTEM_UI_FLAG_FULLSCREEN; decorView.setSystemUiVisibility(uiOptions); } It works but when the Activity starts it shows a white background at top for a couple of seconds. Is there any way to avoid that? Does anybody know how to hide it with animation (Moving upwards) like Whatsapp hides status bar when you click on Status image? If I show a ProgressDialog or AlertDialog and then dismiss it and come back to Activity then the status bar becomes visible again. How to avoid it so that status bar remains invisible always? This is higher up in the code where the threads are displayed. It is also nested inside of an echo that is displaying the table. Except for the that is marked by comments, all the others are not next to code like they are shown. I wanted the code to highlight the right way. Lower down in the code near where the buttons appear at the end of the page we have this. Opengl Why premultiply matrices when rotating in global space?

Uncategorized
Question: Ok so i know when i call glRotatef() it does this, C = C * M where "C" is the current matrix on the stack, and "M" is the matrix computed by glRotatef(). However this causes the object to rotate around its local-axis. If i want to rotate the object around its global axis I'd have to do C = M * C so for example if i wanted to rotate around global x, then global y, then global z. it'd be C = Mz * My* Mx * C I have tested it and it works. I wanna know the reason why do we have to premultiply for global rotation and vice versa. The "C" in my case is the modelview matrix. Do Note i am not talking…

spring rest example from git not working

java
Question: yesterday i tried the "spring rest-example" and im pretty sure it worked, but on a different pc it did not...just gives me a customized 404 from jetty. so in the evening i tried it again on the first pc and for whatever reason maven updated a bunch of libraries when executing site:run and i got the same error message. the pcs are different, but i believe its a library problem....how do you troubleshoot something like this? since the code is pulling in jetty 6.1.25 which looks quite old according to the version information i tried to use a current one for it, this is my modified pom.xml org.eclipse.jetty jetty-maven-plugin 9.4.6.v20170531 9999 but it is ignored. i found these lines of code here 1 but now on a second look…
