For example, I start nginx use the command ‘nginx -c xxx.conf’ in terminal, when nginx service down, I want Upstart or systemd can restart it, how can i do this?

You may be want to say, nginx can be start by Upstart or systemd ,why do you start it by manual?Because I want hot update a service like nginx.
