My project has a requirement to live stream an audio song when user playing only (not a VOD type), and when user pause it should pause on all streaming devices (Real Time) reference app – AMPME
Following R&D done by me but still I haven’t tested the core functionality.
I used wowza stream engine for following experiments…
VOD – Pasted audio / video in the content bucket and played in some RSTP and non-RSTP audio / video iOS players and it’s working successfully.
LIVE – Streamed Live Video Feed and played in open player and other Video Players – non RSTP audio players having 1 – 2 Minutes of live streaming delays.
LIVE – Tested live Shoutcast audio streams – its works perfect.
Am I on right track to approach the core functionality mentioned above ?
Is it possible to do this function by using wowza streaming engine? or any other technologies and resources, please post it here.
Please posts links of repository or tutorials (iOS swift) of the related function.
